December 2006 Nanograph hackaton successful

Yesterday night the first ever Nanograph hackaton was held in Apeldoorn, The Netherlands. At this session all Nanograph developers worked together on completing the next milestone of Nanograph. Some major refactoring took place and the caffeine demo app was made. The kind folks at Be Informed provided pizzas to make the hackaton even more successful. At the end of the evening the new 3D caffeine logo was put on the website.

NanoGraph has a new website. As we are finalizing the 1.0 release, we will be working on more and better documentation. We will post it all on this site.

Major performance improvements

Major improvements have been made on the graph performance. Latest CVS version contains the improved code.

NanoGraph 0.6 released!

The NanoGraph development team is happy to announce that today we have released the 0.6 version of NanoGraph.
In this version we made some improvements and changes to the event model and the node / edge rendering systems. With this release we are on our way to release a 1.0 production version in the next few months.

NanoGraph 0.5 released!

On may 4th, NanoGraph has released its first code since joining Sourceforge.net. The original codebase, with minor adjustments, has been released as 0.5. This is a development release.

A first beta release, NanoGraph 0.6, will follow shortly.

NanoGraph moves to Sourceforge.net

NanoGraph development has been moved to Sourceforge.net, the leading open source development community. At the same time, it is released as open source under the LGPL license. NanoGraph has been initiated as college project at Utrecht University in the late nineties.
